your details.
Short version: we collect what the audit form asks for, one service passes it to our inbox, and nobody else ever sees it.

Solved By Sisco Ltd, trading as Sisco Solutions, company number 17441842, registered office Old Library, St. Faiths Street, Maidstone, England, ME14 1LH. We're the "data controller" for anything you send us through this site.
What we collect
Only what you type into the audit form on the contact page: your name, business name, email address, phone number if you give one, what kind of business you run, and whatever you write in the message. There's no account, no login, and nothing else on the site asks you for anything.
What we don't do
- No cookies, no analytics, no tracking scripts. This site doesn't run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or anything similar — you can check the page source yourself.
- No mailing list. Submitting the form doesn't sign you up for anything beyond a reply to that enquiry.
- We never sell or share your details with anyone else, because we don't have anyone to sell them to.
Where the form goes
The site is static pages with nowhere of our own to receive a submission, so the form posts to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party service that emails it straight to our inbox, solvedbysisco@gmail.com. FormSubmit is the only other party that ever handles what you send — we don't use a CRM, a spreadsheet import, or any other tool to store it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries sit in that inbox for as long as they're relevant to the conversation, and we delete on request at any time. We don't keep a separate database of enquiries.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email solvedbysisco@gmail.com and we'll deal with it directly — there's no form for this, just tell us what you want. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled something, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Changes to this notice
If what we collect or how we handle it changes, we'll update this page and move the date at the top.
