The content here — the pages, the numbers in the calculator, the case studies — is provided to explain what we do and give you a rough sense of what a gap might be costing you. It's illustrative, not a quote, and not professional advice you should act on without talking to us first.
You can read and share anything on the site. You can't copy the design, the code, or the copy for your own commercial use without asking.
The free audit
The audit offered through the contact form is free, takes about a week, and comes with no obligation to buy anything afterwards. You get to keep the findings either way. We reserve the right to decline an audit — for example if it's clearly outside the trades and business types we work with — and we'll tell you if that's the case rather than leaving you waiting.
Paid work
If you decide to go ahead with a fix — a website, a system, ongoing maintenance — that's a separate agreement: scope and price agreed in writing before anything starts, no surprise extras. Nothing on this website is itself an offer capable of acceptance; it's what leads to that conversation.
No warranty on the website itself
We keep the site accurate and up to date as best we can, but it's provided as-is. We're not liable for loss arising from using it or relying on figures on it that turn out not to match your own business — that's exactly what the audit is for.

Where we link out — to the ICO, to a service we use — we're not responsible for the content or availability of those sites once you leave ours.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for things the law doesn't allow us to limit, such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Beyond that, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute is dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
